In one of our most significant organisational milestones, Atech’s 2024 acquisition by iomart Group has helped strengthen our position as one of the UK’s top Cloud Services providers. This move expanded our workforce to 650 professionals, and enhanced our capabilities in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, Modern Workplace solutions and Managed Security Services.

In September, we proudly achieved the prestigious Microsoft Azure Expert MSP accreditation, a milestone that required immense dedication and effort from the entire Atech team. Rebooting Microsoft Licensing for Doc Marten’s Growing Digital Footprint

We partnered with the iconic British brand Doc Martens, as they embarked on their ambitious plan to double their revenue from £1 billion to £2 billion in three years.

We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the IT environment and optimised licensing costs through a persona-based licensing model.

This data-driven approach has improved the brand’s use of Microsoft 365 features, leading to significant operational cost savings. Additionally, we became Doc Marten’s single port of call for licensing queries and support in the years to come.

We Helped Big Table Group (BTG) Seamlessly Integrate Systems in their M&A

We played a vital role in minimising operational disruption as the UK-based hospitality brand, Big Table Group, acquired several popular restaurant chains in late 2023.

As BTG’s trusted Microsoft partner for over five years, we faced the challenge of migrating 40 back-office employees and 75 restaurants — each equipped with two to three devices — within a demanding 12-week timeframe to BTG’s upgraded Microsoft 365 tenancy.

We deployed Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Intune to onboard BTG’s devices to Atech’s Managed IT Services. Through close collaboration with BTG’s internal team and other service providers, we ensured that all restaurant locations and back-office employees enjoyed a smooth go-live experience and could start using Atech’s Managed IT Services immediately.
