Quality Statement
Atech as a provider of service will ensure that the following is delivered alongside the project to ensure the delivery remains at the high-quality standard expected:
- Access will be strictly limited to client systems to those who require access to complete the agreed works set out in the above.
- All projects delivered by Atech on behalf of our clients will meet set Atech security & data protection standards.
- Where applicable Atech will perform appropriate risk management and assessment of information security, meeting set information security and management policy.
- Client feedback will be reviewed regularly and in a timely manner to ensure any suggested improvements are acted upon.
- Internal delivery processes will be managed and audited throughout the project to ensure that the project is being delivered to Atech project management process.
- Any use of and delivery of service meet quality assurance standards set out by Atech.

Partner Admin Link
As part of our ongoing relationship with Microsoft, and in order to provide our customers with the best possible service, we request that you accept our Partner Admin Link (PAL). PAL enables us to be a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider for you and allows us to service you by providing licenses, subscriptions and optionally providing us with administrative access to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Claimed Partner of Record
For Microsoft 365 projects, Atech will submit a Claimed Partner of Record (CPOR). A CPOR is how Microsoft recognises partners who are servicing a customer’s Microsoft cloud environment and requires proof of execution that we have undertaken the work. The proof of execution must be signed and there are several document types that we might submit, for example an order, this SoW, or a project closure document. If none of these are suitable then we will complete as CPOR proof of execution form and send it to you for signature.
Once we have submitted the CPOR to Microsoft you may receive an automated email from Microsoft notifying you that we have done so.
Digital Partner of Record
For Microsoft Azure projects, and where you have Enterprise Agreement subscription(s) or PAYG Azure subscription(s), then we request that you add our Microsoft Partner ID so we are your Digital Partner of Record (DPOR). DPOR benefits the customer, the partner, and Microsoft as it enables partners to help customers optimise their usage for desired business outcomes.
